Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy - you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Alternatively, you can contact us on 7224002225 or email us at support@piusnooze.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll process a return request for you. A pickup will be done from your address within 3 days of processing a return.
No Returns/No Exchanges will be offered on Sale Items
Refunds
As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse, a store credit will be issued to your account, after deducting the return courier charges of ₹199, which will remain valid for 6 months.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or orders made using store credits.
